【岗位职责】
1丶全面负责当地海外公司的市场推广工作及海外仓仓储管理;
2丶根据业务需要,制定并持续优化仓储物流部的工作流程和操作规范;
3丶指导并监督海外仓的日常工作,确保安全运转丶控制成本丶提高效率丶提升用户体验;
4丶制定及组织实施合理的培训和考核制度,梯队式培养人才,打造一支执行力超强的海外团队;
5丶总结工作经验与规律,研究仓储物流信息系统模块需求;
6丶公司相关业务部门的协调和沟通工作;
【岗位要求】
1丶电子商务丶物流管理丶物流管理丶仓储管理相关专业和从事该岗位工作优先;
2丶5年以上工作经验,3年以上仓储管理经验,英语熟练优先;
3丶注重细节,追求效率,执行力强,团队管理经验丰富;
4丶具有创新性思维,务实丶钻研,善于根据实际情况变通应对;
5丶良好的沟通丶表达能力,积极进取,责任心强

持有美国签证者优先考虑
