工作职责: Job responsibilities: 1. Advise, coach and support Business Managers On people-related issues and processes (e.g. performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation, resource planning and recruitment). 2. Handle recruitment tasks, from job postings to Onboarding, in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards. 3. Handle payroll procedure with guidance from HO, and ensure compliance under local legal regulations. 4. Drive employee engagement in line with HO HR plans, and create innovative employee engagement solutions. 5. Support Business Managers in translating business priorities into Functional goals and objectives 6. Lead and manage On site employee recognition scheme under alignment with HO C&B. 任职资格: Requirements: 1. Strong business acumen 2. Good interpersonal skill 3. Typicaly requires Bachelor of Degree in related discipline and or 3- 4 years of HR working experience.
