Regional Sales Manager - North America Field based: North America IMILAB is a trusted global provider of smart home security solutions. Founded in April 2014, IMILAB is best known as asupplier of smart home security solutions with over 30 million security cameras sold worldwide. What’s Your Role? • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule • Analyze the territory market’s potential, track sales and status reports • Supply management with reports On customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Qualifications/Requirements • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in EU/UK; preferably with a consumer electronic goods organization • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills • Proven leadership capability with a track record of influencing large multi-level teams • Commitment and ability to succeed within a fast-paced organization • Self-Starter, ability and desire to work independently in the absence of direct supervision • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to analyze and solve complex business issues
