工作职责Roles and Responsibilities: 1.依据饰条事业部的战略目标及规划,组织制订墨西哥工厂的经营目标、经营计划,分解到各部门并组织实施。 According to BU strategic target and plans, organize Mexico plant operation targets, plans and break down into implementation; 2.对公司盈亏、资产管理、资本支出、产能利用和流动资本管理负责。 Be responsible for company profits and losses, assets management, capital expenses, capacity utilization and working capital management 3.监控公司的主要绩效指标并确保有效达成:生产周期、质量目标、产品交付及时性、库存周转率、设备运行时间、安全和内部管理等。 Monitor the company's main performance indicators and ensure that they are effectively achieved: production cycle, quality objectives, timeliness of product delivery, inventory turnover rate, equipment running time, safety and inner management, etc. 4.根据公司的业务战略,确保公司充足且高效的人力资源配置。 Ensure the sufficient and efficient human resources allocation according to company business strategy. 5.负责公司的预算管理,并确保实际花费可控。 Be responsible for budget management and ensure the actual expenses controllable. 6.调整公司的策略以更好地适应客户的要求。 Adjust company strategy to better tailored to customer’s requirements. 7.代表公司发展与内部和外部客户、供应商与合资方的关系。 Develop the relationship with exterior customer, supplier and JV partners On behalf of company. 8.协助、指导、追踪区域市场销售、供应链、技术研发年度目标的实现。 Assist, guide, and track the achievement of annual targets for regional market sales, supply chains, and technology research and development. 9.协调区域市场销售、技术研发、供应链等运营工作,保证运作高效、合法。 Coordinate the regional market sales, technology R&D, supply chains and other operation work to guarantee the efficient and legal operations. 10.通过推动各职能部门的持续改进工作,提高公司的竞争力(尤其是质量和成本)。 Improve the competitiveness of company (especially in terms of quality and cost) by pushing the continuous development of each functional department. 11.鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程,创造新的价值和良好的客户体验。 Create new values and good customer experiences by encouraging innovative products, services, solutions and process. 12.定期与各职能部门的直接下属和管理人员交流,监督绩效达成,包括绩效评估。 Exchange ideas with direct subordinates and managers regularly to monitor the achievement of performance, performance evaluations included. 13.关注员工的发展,把公司建设成为符合华翔核心价值和商业行为的优秀团队。 Pay attention to employees’ development, build the company into an excellent team in line with NBHX’s core values and business behaviors. 14.为公司招聘高素质人才。 Recruit the highly qualified talents for company. 15.通过提供适当的培训,辅导和轮岗机会支持员工发展; 确保绩效评估,继任者计划和其他人力资源项目的实施。 Support the employees’ individual development by means of proper training, tutoring and job rotations, make sure the implementations of performance evaluation , succession plans and other HR projects. 任职资格Qualifications: 1.工学学士及以上学历。 Bachelor of engineering and above 2.熟练英语交流能力。 Proficient in English communication 3.10年以上合资或外资企业汽车行业运营管理经验;在汽车饰件行业有运营和技术经验者优先考虑。 More than 10 years operation management experience in automotive industry of JV or foreign-owned company; operational and technical experience in the automotive trim industry is well preferred. 4.优秀的工厂全面管理能力,突出的销售和运营管理经验,有雄心参与并带领所属部门提升管理能力,打造卓越团队。 Excellent overall management in plants, outstanding marketing and operation management experience, ambitious management abilities in leading and guiding the department and build a well-established team. 5.良好的财务控制、预算预测、采购、成本控制经验,对工厂运作和战略业务方法有深刻的理解。 Have a good control in finance, budget forecast, purchasing and cost, have a deep understanding in the plant operations and strategic business approaches. 6.具有较强的战略思维能力,在管理方面有丰富的经验,包括整合、培训和激励中层管理团队和授权。 Have strong sense of strategic thinking mindset, rich experience in the management, eg integration, training and motivation in the mid-level management team and authorization.
